Practice/Game Times: Typically, practices are once or twice per week during the weeknights at 6:00 pm or 7:30 pm, with games on Saturday in the morning or early afternoon and an occasional weeknight game. Depending on the coach, there may be a practice during the daytime Saturday or Sunday but that is not as common. Exact schedules will not be set until after teams are announced on or before August 14th.
Locations of Games/Practices: The majority of practices and games will be held at Citrus Park, 7506 Gunn Hwy Tampa FL 33625. However, there is always a possibility of interlocking games with other Hillsborough County baseball/softball parks. Interlocking with other parks typically occurs for one of the following reasons: (1) to give our teams more of a variety of other teams to play when there is a low number of teams in a particular division (2) or to help another park give their players an opportunity to play our CP teams when their registration numbers are low.
Scholarships: Citrus Park Sports Association firmly believes that each child who wishes to play baseball or softball should be entitled to do so regardless of skill, gender, or financial circumstances. Our league will not deny any child a chance to play baseball or softball due to a financial hardship. Please click here to complete the scholarship application. Scholarship Applications AND required documentation for the Spring 2022 Season must be received by the registration deadline on January 15th NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
