Most of our other divisions are full; however, if you are still interested in registering for Spring, log in to your account immediately to check availability and even if it is full, get on the wait list!!! Waitlists will be cleared in the order received so don’t delay! If a space opens up between now and the last week if January you will be notified via email that your registration has been moved from the waitlist to the shopping cart for payment. If you are currently on the waitlist, you are welcome to attend skills evaluations this weekend so that we can assess your player’s skill level for team assignment in the event that a space opens up for them.

FAQ: What is the purpose of skills evaluations?
Skills evaluations are held to meet the players and assess their skill level and experience so that the coaches can select the players for their teams in a fair drafting process. Our goal is that the teams are as evenly distributed as possible, that all the children are in a division that corresponds with both their age and skill/experience level, and for each child to experience an enjoyable, competitive environment.
Skills evaluations is also an opportunity for our players and their families to meet some of our coaches and board members and ask any questions that they may have about the upcoming season.
FAQ: What should my player wear/bring to skills evaluations?
Players should wear cleats, baseball pants, and bring their baseball glove and helmet. Bring your bat also if you have one. (If not, kids can share bats, so this is not as important.)
FAQ: Is there a makeup date for evaluations?
No, there will not be a makeup date on Sunday, January 12th due to scheduled field maintenance. All fields/batting cages are closed for maintenance until further notice (with the exception of this Saturday) to complete scheduled maintenance and park improvements. Depending on final registration numbers, we may have another skills evaluations date for late registrations and/or makeups. If so, we will send out an email notification with date, times, and who needs to attend.
FAQ: What if my player can’t attend skills evaluations this Saturday?
If you are unable to attend evaluations, please send an email to email@example.com and include any information that pertains to your child's skill level (name, division, how long they have been playing, positions they have played, etc...) If your child is not able to attend, they will still be placed on a team. However, getting to meet the players so that we have as much information as possible about their skill level ahead of time, is greatly appreciated by our park volunteers as it is vital to assigning teams and planning our season!
We are looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday and an amazing baseball/softball season here at CP!
